Alicia was awesome! I let her know ahead of time that I had an aloe allergy and she researched ahead of time to make sure the products she thought she might want to use did not have it. She also double checked during, which I appreciated since I get a bad reaction to it. She was very informative on products she thought would be good for my skin and did not pressure me to buy her products and told me she would help me with alternatives. My skin was so happy when I left that I did end up buying a couple and she helped me out with which ones that she used on me would be most beneficial.
